Associate, Office of the Registrar (8577-417)
The associate will act as a professional individual contributor to provide support in a variety of moderately complex within the Office of the Registrar. The associate will maintain many aspects of the academic record including, but not limited to, determining program eligibility for admission, certifying students for graduation, and analyzing student coursework for application to student record. In addition, the associate will maintain registration and student records in compliance with federal and state laws, university regulations and policies. Required Experience * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the office of the registrar. * Two (2) or more years’experience working in an office or customer service setting. Preferred * Two (2) or more years’experience working in an enrollment, admissions, or registrar office at a higher education institution. * Experience using a student information system (such as Banner/PeopleSoft), and document imaging system (such as OnBase/Kofax). * Bachelor’s degree in a business, liberal arts, or social sciences field Special * Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds. * Some travel may be required. * Possibility of work on nights and weekends.Posted by StartWire.
